Friends of East Lake Community Library is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization that raises funds to promote and enhance the library's services and facilities while also fostering closer relationships between the library and its community. Monies raised help to support materials and services not covered by library tax funds. All are welcome at Friends meetings, which are held at 10 am the second Thursday of every month. Book Nook & Online Sales
Donate gently used books and media to FOELCL. We provide a tax letter for your donations upon request. Donation bins are located on the side of the library.
Donations are used in the
library or sold
in the Book Nook or on eBay. Some
are used in community outreach efforts.
The Book Nook sells some specialized items and collectibles online.

Friend the Friends at
Friends of East Lake Community Library
Year-round, gift baskets are for sale at the front of the library. Donations of new and “like-new” items are welcome and are used to create these clever gifts.
Members of Friends of East Lake Community Library are concerned citizens who share a belief a strong local library is a valuable educational , cultural and recreational resource in the East Lake Community.

All concerts begin at 2 pm in the Library Community Room. A complimentary wine and cheese reception follow the hour-long performances. Tickets are $15 per concert and may be purchased in advance at the library front desk or day-of if still available.
Five Little Free Libraries
FOELCL donations support 5 Little Free Libraries which are facilitated with community partners. They are located
at the Fire Station, Brooker Creek Preserve, the YMCA and in two Lansbrook parks.
