Our Mission Statement
The mission of the Youth Services Department of East Lake Community Library is to provide informational, cultural, educational, and recreational resources and services to children and families of Palm Harbor Community Services District as well as the surrounding communities.

E-Resources for Children
All digital resources are free with an East Lake Community Library card and PIN number. PIN numbers are preset as the last four digits of the patron's phone number, unless otherwise requested. Some resources require an email address to create an account. Many of these resources can be accessed through computers, tablets, cellphones, and smart TVs. Check your app store.
