Bringing the library to your door with a smile!
Are you or someone you know unable to temporarily or permanently leave home due to illness, disability or extenuating circumstances? Would you like to receive library materials at home? You may qualify for our FREE library home delivery service, which is open to all ages!
Who qualifies for free home delivery service?

Pinellas County residents with an active PPLC library card living within the East Lake Community Fire District.
What materials can be delivered?

Regular/large print, audiobooks, graphic novels, paperbacks, DVDs, and magazines.
How does home delivery work?

Complete a Home Delivery Service Application.

Participate in a brief phone interview to determine eligibility and need.

Choose a monthly or bi-monthly delivery schedule.

Return items when your new delivery arrives.

A library staff member or volunteer will deliver and pick up items.

Have an interest in e-resources but don't know where to start?
Ask our staff how to access free e-resources like eBooks, audiobooks, magazines & movies using your device and internet service.

We are always looking for friendly drivers to help with deliveries. If you are interested in being a volunteer driver email our volunteer@eastlakelibrary.org for more information. Volunteer drivers are subject to a library paid background check.
