Are you or someone you know unable to temporarily or permanently leave home due to illness, disability or extenuating circumstances? Would you like to receive library materials at home?
You may qualify for our FREE library home delivery service, which is open to all ages!
Who qualifies for free home delivery service?

East Lake residents who live in the East Lake Community Fire District with a temporary/permanent condition that restricts mobility
What materials can be delivered?

Regular/large print, audiobooks, graphic novels, paperbacks, DVDs, and magazines owned by East Lake Community Library
How does home delivery work?

Obtain a library card if you don't already have one

Return completed Home Delivery Service Application

Complete a phone interview to determine eligibility & need (we will contact you)

We offer bi-monthly deliveries

Return previously checked out items when your new delivery arrives
Library Home Delivery patrons may call to request information, qualify for service, or ask for specific materials.
We'd be happy to recommend titles, authors or your next favorite read by utilizing our "Perfect Picks" questionnaire.
A Library Outreach Coordinator or volunteer will deliver and pick up items at your home on a bi-monthly basis. All items are checked out with a PPLC library card.
Have an e-reader & Internet service? Ask our Outreach Coordinator about downloading e-books, e-magazines & movies via our digital resources!
