East Lake Community Library is pleased to offer Live Scan fingerprinting services for employment, licensing, and volunteer background checks. Services are available by appointment only.

Appointments must be scheduled by visiting www.certifixlivescan.com and entering zip code 34685.

Service Hours (By Appointment Only):

• Monday: 2:00 PM -6:00 PM

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Required Materials for Appointment:

• ORI# from the requesting agency.

• Driver’s License or State-issued ID. 

• Applicant’s Social Security Number.

 

Fingerprinting form will be provided at the library.

 

Applicants must bring the ORI# provided by the requesting agency. EAST LAKE COMMUNITY LIBRARY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ONE.

 

Important: Applicants must arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be marked as “No Show” and must schedule a new appointment.​

 

A $35 library service fee applies, in addition to any required government and state fees.

 

Fingerprinting results will be sent directly to the requesting agency once completed. EAST LAKE COMMUNITY LIBRARY DOES NOT RECEIVE THE RESULTS.
