East Lake Community Library is pleased to offer Live Scan fingerprinting services for employment, licensing, and volunteer background checks. Services are available by appointment only.

Appointments must be scheduled by visiting www.certifixlivescan.com

A $35 library service fee applies, in addition to any required government and state fees.

​

Applicants must bring the ORI# provided by the requesting agency. EAST LAKE COMMUNITY LIBRARY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ONE.

Fingerprinting results will be sent directly to the requesting agency once completed. The library does not receive the results.

• Monday: 2:00 PM -6:00 PM

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
