The Library offers so much more than books!

Teen Services is in the process of creating the Comfort Locker. A resource available for all Middle School and High School students in need. 

Located in the Teen Rom, the Comfort Locker will hold a variety of basic health necessities such as body wash wipes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, tampons, pads, antiperspirant wipes, and more.

Teen Advisory Board

The Teen Advisory Board is a teen governed and teen driven group of 14-18 year olds. It is comprised of young men and women who are registered volunteers at East Lake Community Library, mentored by the Teen Coordinator.

Middle School Advisory Board

The Middle School Advisory Board (MSAB) of East Lake Community Library, under the guidance of the Youth Services Department staff members, will offer their time in the creation, planning, and implementation of various activities for middle school aged patrons.
